In additional to what is listed above, all rentals of a Margarita Man Frozen Beverage Machine include: Delivery of our premium frozen drink machine Cart with wheels Hula skirt around the cart First gourmet mix concentrate Pre-measured mixing container 50 ft 12 gauge extension cord Margarita Salt (if requested) Set up of first batch Instructions for mixing more batches and trouble shooting tips Pick up the next day (additional charge of $20 for same day pick up) Dedicated customer service line (856) 873-0714 ext 2 Some important information for rentals: You are only to use the 50 ft. 12 gauge cord provided. No other cords can be attached to the machines.  Traditional extension cords will cause the machine to not freeze as it will not receive enough power to the machine.  If you require more than 50 ft of cord, then please let us know upon reservation. No other items should be plugged into the same circuit as the machine. The machine uses 15 amps.  If the machine was working fine, and then suddenly stops freezing, check to see if someone accidentally plugged another electrical appliance into the same circuit. To start the machine, make sure that the machine is to the left, the “On” position.  The "Clean" position is to the right and will make the machine run but will not freeze.  It is often mistaken as a machine that is not working. You should check on the machine ½ hour after it has been turned on to make sure that mix is getting cold. Any extra mixes that were not used must be placed on the cart with the 2 mixing buckets ($6.00/bucket), Hula Skirt ($20.00/hula), and extension cord ($50/Cord). We DO NOT make a return trip to pick up these items. You may return them to our warehouse in Berlin, NJ otherwise you will be charged for these missing items. We will refund you for any returned mixes that are unopened and in original condition. Cancellation Policy: Your $50 deposit will be non-refundable for cancellations. We prefer that you not use GFI outlets for our machines. Unauthorized transportation of machine(s) will result in a $500 fine. Please do not attempt to relocate, lift or otherwise move machines.
